The Commercial Belt Dryer Machine For Commercial Drying Of Grains handles large batches of grain, pulses, seeds and similar farm produce. It works as a continuous belt dryer - wet product enters at one end, travels on a perforated belt through multiple drying zones plus leaves at the other end with the target moisture level. Hot air circulates upward through the belt so every kernel receives the same temperature and airflow. An automatic hopper with integrated screw conveyor meters the raw material onto the belt. Once the feed rate is set, the unit keeps the bed depth constant without manual adjustment. A high efficiency blower pushes heated air through the product layer - the air speed but also temperature adjust independently in each zone to match the drying curve of the crop. Spent air exhausts through dust filters and recirculates or vents outside. The frame bolts directly to the workshop floor - the steel panels as well as reinforced supports withstand vibration and heavy loads. Bearings or the drive drum locate outside the hot zone for long life and quick service. Standard capacities range from one to fifteen tonnes of grain per hour - moisture reduction from twenty percent down to twelve percent is typical in a single pass.
