DF03 102 mm Modular Aluminium Door Frame Chowkhat is a sleek, strong, and independent load-bearing aluminium door-frame system designed for glass partitions, gypsum partitions, modular walls, wooden partitions, and masonry-wall openings. The DF03 frame is constructed as an independent chowkhat-style door frame, enabling it to carry the door load without depending on the surrounding wall or partition. Its 102 mm base jamb depth makes it especially suitable for thicker gypsum walls, modular wall systems, brick walls, and commercial interior openings where a deeper door-frame profile is required. Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, DF03 102 mm includes an 11 mm rebate for proper door seating. The modular extension system allows the jamb depth to increase further in 26 mm increments, making it adaptable to different wall thicknesses and full brick-wall depths. The frame is fitted with double omega EPDM door seals that help reduce air gaps and improve sound insulation around the door perimeter. It is suitable for privacy-sensitive spaces such as executive cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, clinics, consultation rooms, hospitals, offices, residences, and institutional interiors. DF03 102 mm can accommodate 38 mm to 45 mm thick wooden doors and aluminium stile doors. It supports flush butterfly hinges, concealed hinges, concealed door closers, and surface-mounted door closers. Powder-coated, anodized, dual-colour, and customized finish options are available, including different colours for the primary frame and extension modules.
