DF04 37 mm Ultra-Slim Modular Aluminium Door Frame Chowkhat is a sleek, strong, and independent aluminium door-frame system designed for ultra-slim glass partitions, solid partitions, gypsum partitions, modular walls, and masonry-wall openings. DF04 is assembled using brackets to form a strong independent chowkhat-style door frame. This construction enables the frame to carry the door load independently instead of transferring the load directly to the jambs of the adjoining partition. It is therefore suitable for consistent use across office interiors and project sites where glass and solid partitions are combined. Made from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, DF04 has a compact 37 mm depth and a 12 mm rebate. Its ultra-slim profile supports clean, minimal, and budget-conscious interiors while maintaining a strong frame structure. DF04 is designed to accommodate 28 mm to 32 mm thick wooden doors and aluminium stile doors. It is ideally paired with the GD06 32 mm aluminium stile door and GP1436 ultra-slim glass partition system to create a coordinated slim-profile office cabin, meeting room, clinic, residential, or commercial interior solution. The frame supports flush hinges, butterfly hinges, and surface-mounted door closers. Powder-coated, anodized, and customized finishes can be offered according to project requirements.
