DF03 128 mm Modular Aluminium Door Frame Chowkhat is a sleek, strong, and independent load-bearing aluminium door-frame system designed for thicker gypsum partitions, modular walls, glass partitions, wooden partitions, and masonry-wall openings. The DF03 frame is constructed as an independent chowkhat-style aluminium door frame, allowing it to carry the door load without relying on the surrounding wall or partition. Its 128 mm base jamb depth makes it suitable for deeper wall sections, brick-wall openings, office cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, clinics, hospitals, residences, commercial interiors, and institutional projects. Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, DF03 128 mm includes an 11 mm rebate for proper door seating. The modular extension system allows the 128 mm jamb depth to increase further in 26 mm increments, enabling the frame to suit larger wall depths up to 258 mm and more. The door frame includes double omega EPDM door seals to help reduce air gaps and improve sound insulation around the door perimeter. It is suitable for spaces requiring improved privacy and acoustic separation, including executive cabins, consultation rooms, meeting rooms, healthcare interiors, and commercial office spaces. DF03 128 mm supports 38 mm to 45 mm thick wooden doors and aluminium stile doors. It is compatible with flush butterfly hinges, concealed hinges, concealed door closers, and surface-mounted door closers. Powder-coated, anodized, dual-colour, and customized finish options are available, including contrasting colours for the main frame and extension modules.
