DF03 50 mm Modular Aluminium Door Frame Chowkhat is a sleek, strong, and load-bearing aluminium door-frame system designed for modern office interiors, glass partitions, gypsum partitions, modular walls, wooden partitions, and masonry-wall openings. The frame is constructed as an independent chowkhat-style aluminium door frame, allowing it to carry the door load without relying solely on the surrounding wall or partition. This makes it suitable for office cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, hospitals, clinics, residences, commercial interiors, institutional buildings, and renovation projects. Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, DF03 has a 50 mm jamb depth and an 11 mm rebate. The modular extension system allows the 50 mm base depth to be increased in 26 mm increments. It can be configured for 76 mm, 102 mm, 128 mm, 154 mm, 180 mm, 206 mm, 232 mm, 258 mm, and larger wall depths as required. The frame includes double omega EPDM door seals that help improve acoustic performance around the door perimeter by reducing air gaps and sound leakage. It is suitable for 38 mm to 45 mm thick wooden doors and aluminium stile doors. DF03 supports flush butterfly hinges, concealed hinges, concealed door closers, and surface-mounted door closers. Powder-coated, anodized, dual-colour, and customized finish options are available. Different finishes can also be used for the frame and extension modules to create a distinctive architectural appearance.
