DF03 76 mm Modular Aluminium Door Frame Chowkhat is a sleek, strong, and independent load-bearing aluminium door-frame system designed for glass partitions, gypsum partitions, modular walls, wooden partitions, and masonry-wall openings.  The DF03 frame is built as an independent chowkhat-style aluminium door frame that carries the door load without depending on the surrounding partition or wall. This makes it suitable for office cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, clinics, hospitals, residences, commercial interiors, institutional projects, and masonry-wall door openings. Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, this DF03 configuration has a 76 mm jamb depth with an 11 mm rebate. Its modular extension system allows the frame depth to be increased in 26 mm increments, starting from 76 mm and extending to 102 mm, 128 mm, 154 mm, 180 mm, 206 mm, 232 mm, 258 mm, and more as required for different wall thicknesses. The door frame is fitted with double omega EPDM door seals for improved sound insulation around the door perimeter. The seals help reduce air gaps and sound leakage, making DF03 suitable for cabins, meeting rooms, consultation rooms, executive offices, and other privacy-focused interiors. DF03 76 mm is compatible with 38 mm to 45 mm thick wooden doors and aluminium stile doors. It supports flush butterfly hinges, concealed hinges, concealed door closers, and surface-mounted door closers. Powder-coated, anodized, dual-colour, and customized finishes are available, including different colours for the main frame and extension modules.
