Product Details
The Dhoopkathi Sticks Dryer removes water from incense sticks, dhoop sticks, bamboo free sticks and mosquito coils during commercial manufacture. One load holds 500 kg plus dries in three to four hours - producers process large volumes each shift. The unit runs on a three phase 415 V supply and consumes 315 kW, which delivers steady power for continuous duty. Mild steel forms the frame but also panels, giving the structure strength and a long service life. An internal airflow pattern sends dry air across every layer of sticks - scent as well as active ingredients stay intact. Factories that need high output drying use this model because it yields the same result each batch, keeps throughput high and needs only basic care.
