Working Principle
In dilute phase conveying, a blower or compressed air source generates high-velocity airflow inside the pipeline. The material is introduced via a feeding device and becomes fully suspended in the moving air stream. The air-material mixture travels through the conveying line and is then separated using a cyclone separator, bag filter, or receiver hopper. Clean air is discharged while the material is collected for further processing or packaging.
