Product Details
The Duct Cast Iron Centrifugal Blower Fan moves air and cleans it in factories, workshops and large buildings. A single cast iron blade sits inside the housing - the metal resists rust plus abrasion - the blade keeps its shape for years. An electric motor rated at 3 kW draws power from a standard 415 V three phase line and pushes air at 100 pounds per square inch. The motor turns at 60 cycles per second - the airflow stays steady and the sound stays low. The fan bolts straight into a round duct - it slips into any heating cooling or dust filter setup without extra frames. A small firm launched in 2010 by one owner builds each unit. The shop employs up to fifty workers but also earns about five million rupees a year. Every blower leaves the factory after a bench test - the finished unit runs for long shifts without waste of electricity.
