The Single Stage Wood Dust Collecting Machine pulls dust out of the air in woodworking, powder coating, metal and mineral shops. A mild steel frame holds a motor that bolts to a flange - the motor size runs from 2 HP to 15 HP plus moves 1000 to 1500 cubic feet of air every minute. A filter cloth with either 10 or 15 micron holes traps about 90 % of the dust - the air in the room stays cleaner and safer. The inlet pipe comes in 120 mm or 160 mm diameters but also the motor spins at 1400 RPM. The unit sits on a small base or on a trailer and it holds 80 to 100 bags of dust. The box measures one foot by one foot by three feet as well as the cloth area ranges from 15 to 100 square feet. It handles band saw dust buffing dust blending dust and other shop dust.
