Description
The Industrial Heavy Duty GI Exhaust Fan, For Fresh Air Supply, 1440 Rpm moves large volumes of air to keep tough workplaces supplied with fresh air. A 36-inch by 36-inch steel frame holds eight metal blades shaped to push as much air as possible. The motor spins the blades 1,440 times each minute - the airflow stays steady even when the fan runs all day. The steel parts are thick enough for the unit to bolt to a wall in a factory, warehouse or any big commercial building without warping or rattling. The motor needs three phase 300 V, 50 Hz electricity and uses power efficiently. The blade angle pulls hot air out and draws cooler air in - the room temperature drops plus workers feel more comfortable. A small company started in 2010 builds each fan - the shop employs between one and fifty people and earns about fifty lakh rupees a year. The same team handles every weld, balance test but also paint coat and they refuse to ship a fan until it passes their checks. The finished product gives plant managers a simple, reliable way to keep indoor air clean and cool.
