Product Details
The Gas Fired Continuous Belt Dryer Machine 30 Ton Per Day dries thirty tonnes of grain, pulse or similar crop each day. Hot air moves in a closed loop through the chamber so every kernel leaves with the same low moisture. A stainless steel mesh belt carries the crop - the steel grade meets food contact rules and keeps the product clean. A single centrifugal blower drives the air at a rate that removes water quickly. Once the operator sets the feed rate and temperature, the belt, burner and blower run without further attention - labor drops but also output rises. If the flame dies, the temperature rises too high or the motor draws excess current, each guard shuts the related part down right away. Thick steel frames, sealed bearings and simple drives give the unit years of steady service in large plants.
