The Kirloskar Portable Diesel Generator 7.5 kVA from Swastik Power is a machine that provides electricity and uses a CC 519 diesel engine. In its standard operation, the unit produces 7.2 kW (7.5 kVA) of power at 3000 RPM. There is a total harmonic distortion of 5 % in the voltage. To start the engine, the user utilizes an electric system that also charges the battery. It supplies 230 V of electricity for residential buildings, work spaces and small businesses. For the control of sound, the generator operates at a level under 75 dB(A). As an inverter compatible unit, it works with inverters that have a capacity of up to 8 kW. For different electrical loads, the machine provides 32.61 A at 0.8 power factor and 26.09 A at 1.0 power factor. By using a metal enclosure, the unit stays protected and has a total weight of 220 kg. If a user needs to install or move the machine, the dimensions are 1135 x 730 x 860 mm. And the design of the generator allows for regular use over a long period. Due to the construction of the components, the machine consumes fuel at an even rate. When the main power fails, this generator provides a continuous supply of electricity.
