The Mild Steel MS Pneumatic Conveying System, Capacity(Ton/hr): 1 Ton/hr is a strong and simple rig that moves sand without interruption inside factories. It is built from plain mild steel plate and tube - it keeps working year after year even when the place is rough. The unit shifts one ton of sand every hour, pushed along by a ten horsepower motor. It needs air at 0.78 MPa plus uses six cubic metres of that air each minute. The motor runs on three phase electric power: 315 volts, fifty cycles per second. The whole machine stays stable while the air inside stays below 120 °C. A semi automatic panel lets the operator start, stop and watch the line without extra help. One small firm, started in 2010 and still run by the same owner, builds every unit - the crew now has fifteen years of practice but also checks each machine before it leaves the shop. Any plant that wants a sand mover which lasts and does not falter can put this rig straight to work.
