Product Details
The Wet Bambooless Sticks Dryer Machine dries large batches of incense, dhoop and mosquito sticks that contain no bamboo. One load holds 750 kilograms. A full drying cycle lasts three to four hours - factories process many batches each day. The outer frame plus inner parts consist of mild steel, a material that withstands constant use without early damage. The motor needs a three phase 415-volt supply and the heat system removes water at the same rate from every stick. Thermal insulation but also timed airflow cut power use, while front mounted controls let operators set temperature and duration. Throughout the cycle, colour, scent as well as structure of the sticks stay intact. incense makers gain steady output, fewer rejects and the option to raise daily production.
