Product Details
An Automatic Ultrasonic Welding System is an advanced industrial machine used to join thermoplastic components using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations and controlled pressure. The system operates automatically through a PLC or microprocessor control, ensuring fast, precise, and repeatable welding for mass production applications. In this process, the ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency vibrations (usually 15–20 kHz). These vibrations are transmitted through a transducer, booster, and horn to the plastic parts placed in a fixture. When pressure and ultrasonic vibration are applied simultaneously, friction at the joint interface generates localized heat, causing the plastic to melt and fuse together. After the vibration stops, the material cools under pressure, forming a strong and permanent bond.
