The Computer Sambrani Heat Dryer 100 kgs Per Batch removes water from raw wet dhoop cones during commercial work. One load takes 500 kg and the cycle lasts 3 - 4 hours - output is rapid. An electric heater rated at 25 kW draws power at 415 V and 45 Hz plus the circuit runs without fluctuation. The frame uses mild steel and the sections bolt together - this gives rigidity, simple expansion but also quick service access. A silver paint layer protects the surface and gives a neat look. Airflow inside the chamber moves heat evenly - every cone dries at the same rate as well as keeps its scent. Producers who need large Sambrani volumes use this unit to reach high throughput.
