Product Details
The Continuous Flow Grains Dryer Machine is a recently developed dryer that moves grain without interruption so that wheat, rice, maize, barley and similar cereals lose moisture. Once the operator sets the parameters, the system runs by itself plus needs no further manual work - each batch leaves the chamber with the same final moisture. Grain either slides under gravity along chutes or rides on a belt - kernels travel at an even pace and form a level bed. A well known factory builds each unit, ships it in unused form but also certifies it for immediate industrial duty. An internal fan forces hot air through the grain layer in a closed circuit - water vapour exits fast and the sample retains high germination as well as low breakage. The structure fits farms or mills that handle medium to large tonnage. Power use stays low and every tonne emerges with uniform moisture.
