Product Details
The Cow Dung Sticks Dryer Machine takes moisture out of incense sticks that use cow dung as the main binder. One load holds 1000 kg and the drying cycle lasts three to four hours - a factory can process multiple tonnes each day. The unit runs on a 415 V three phase supply plus draws 315 kW, which keeps the temperature steady inside the chamber. The frame, drums and guards are built from mild steel plate but also angle - the structure tolerates daily factory use. Operators load incense sticks, dhoop sticks, bamboo free sticks or mosquito coils on removable trolleys - the internal fans blow hot air across every row - each stick dries to the same moisture level. The steady airflow and fixed timer give repeatable results, which helps large plants keep output uniform from batch to batch.
