The Galvenise Automatic Agarbatti Hi Speed Fan Dryer, For Industrial, Capacity: 375 Kgs/Batch is designed for efficient drying of agarbatti in industrial production units. Each load holds 375 kg - one cycle handles a sizeable quantity of sticks. Once the operator sets the parameters, the unit runs without further attention and keeps the workflow steady while it needs only limited manual input. Galvanised sheet metal forms the main structure - this zinc coating blocks rust plus gives the frame a long service life. A high speed fan drives air through the chamber so that every stick receives the same stream of warm air - the even airflow shortens drying time and gives uniform moisture removal. The maker adjusts the internal rack layout, heater placement but also fan speed to match the buyer's output target and stick dimensions.
