The Mild Steel Automatic CottonSeed Dryer, Capacity: >500 kg, dries large volumes of cotton seed in one batch. Each load exceeds 500 kg - commercial plants and large workshops handle high throughput without interruption. An electric motor draws power from a three phase 415 V, 50 Hz supply - this fixed voltage keeps the cycle steady from start to finish. Once the operator sets the parameters, the machine runs without manual input. Heat comes from biomass briquettes, coal, gas, diesel or electric elements - the user selects the source that suits local fuel cost plus availability. The outer shell and main frame consist of mild steel - the metal resists rust but also mechanical wear and provides years of continuous duty. Inside the chamber, a controlled airflow spreads heat in an even pattern across every layer of seed. Uniform temperature removes excess moisture but avoids overheating - the seed retains viability as well as meets trade standards.
