The Mild Steel Dhoop Stick Fan Dryer is a new machine built to dry Dhoop Sticks quickly after they are coated or rolled. It stands on the floor - it stays steady and fits well inside a production area. The frame receives an anti rust primer layer plus a coat of industrial paint, which helps the unit resist corrosion and extends its working life. Every part is arranged so that workers reach every surface for routine cleaning - this shortens stoppages but also lowers labour. A thermal switch cuts power if the air temperature exceeds the safe limit and a separate overload relay protects the motor. One established maker supplies the dryer as well as it suits incense operations that range from modest workshops to full scale plants. The fan circulates air evenly - each stick dries at the same rate and the final product keeps uniform quality while overall output rises.
