The Neem Seed Dryer, For Industrial, Capacity: Customizes is designed for efficient industrial drying of neem seeds. . Each unit is built to the customer's chosen batch volume - one machine can handle a few kilos or multiple tonnes per shift. A programmed control panel governs every stage of the cycle - no worker has to transfer trays or reset timers. Heated air flows through the seed mass at a set rate and temperature - every seed reaches the same final moisture without over drying or scorching. Herbal extraction plants plus commercial seed packers use the dryer to protect the active compounds in neem while they prepare large quantities for oil pressing or packing. The frame, fan, burner and conveyor parts use heavy gauge steel but also sealed bearings, components chosen to run every day for years with little upkeep. By feeding wet seed in at one end and discharging dry seed at the other, the unit fits straight into a continuous line as well as keeps the production floor free of manual handling bottlenecks.
