Product Details
The Pulses Dryer removes moisture from raw wet pulses that arrive straight from farms. It dries the pulses so they meet the requirements for sale or for storage that lasts many months. The machine works as a continuous flow unit and handles one batch of 18 tonnes every hour. This rate lets a plant process large volumes each day. A three phase electrical supply feeds the dryer - once the operator sets the parameters, the unit runs without further input. It sprays water in an even pattern while the grain moves - staff do not need to intervene and the end product stays uniform. Mild steel forms the main structure - a painted or polished coat covers the metal plus protects it against the abrasion common in industrial sites. The outer shell shows little wear after long use. Inside the drum, warm air passes through every layer of pulses. Each kernel loses water at the same speed - the colour and the grade of the crop stay intact. Commercial processors install the dryer to raise daily output and to lower labour demand. The system delivers high throughput, steady operation but also only rare need for service.
