Product Details
The Standard Automatic Dhoop Stick Dryer serves industrial producers who need to dry dhoop sticks. Daily throughput starts at 250 kg and rises to 25 000 kg - single room workshops plus high volume factories both use the same model. A program governs every stage - no worker needs to move trays or adjust dampers. The frame, ducts and panels are pressed from galvanised sheet - rust does not weaken the structure. Each unit is built to order - the fan speed, tray spacing but also exhaust ratio match the diameter and moisture content of the sticks as well as the air travels in a fixed pattern so every stick loses water at the same rate. Fragrance oils stay in the paste and the straight shape remains after the cycle ends. Output per shift rises, repair time falls or every batch leaves the chamber with the same final moisture reading.
