The Steamtech Engineers Mild Steel Continuous & Automatic Maize Dryer, Capacity: 50 Ton - 300 Ton Per Day is designed for industrial drying of maize, ideal for commercial-scale operations. It dries grain without interruption and needs almost no manual work. Mild steel forms the frame - the machine resists rust plus mechanical wear. Heated air flows evenly through the columns of grain and each kernel loses moisture at the same rate. The uniform drying keeps the original yellow color but also stops mold growth during storage. Operators set the target moisture level on the control panel - the dryer then adjusts burner output and discharge speed until the lot reaches that value. Access doors as well as slide out trays let workers reach every internal part for cleaning or service. The unit suits large mills, feed plants and port silos that must prepare truckloads or shiploads of maize for safe long term storage.
