Product Details
The Cement/Fly Ash Silo 100 Ton is a container for industrial use that stores materials for concrete production and the movement of bulk substances. It is constructed from mild steel that meets the IS 2062 SAIL/ESSAR standard. The outer walls are 5 millimeters thick and the bottom section is 6 millimeters thick so that the structure remains intact during harsh weather. Its height is 12.8 meters plus its diameter is 3.4 meters. By using legs made of 8-inch ERW pipes, the structure remains steady and safe when it carries heavy weights. The interior space holds 100 tons of cement or fly ash. Because of the sealed design, water does not enter the container or damage the powder. There are ladders for climbing, railings for protection, an opening for maintenance workers and a connection for a filter - those parts allow operators to fill the container with air pressure without creating dust. Integration of this unit into a factory allows a company to store large amounts of material but also reduces the amount of powder that workers drop or lose.
