Product Details
The Compact Concrete Batching Plant - NE-30 m³/h is a pan type machine that mixes components to create up to 30 m³ of ready mix concrete every hour. It holds 0.50 cu.m in each batch and contains two aggregate hoppers that store 2 m³ each alongside a cement bin that holds 1.5 tons. The machine uses those parts to combine materials for roads, large buildings plus precast shapes. A charging conveyor measures 8.0 m in length and the discharge point is 3 m above the ground. Power comes from a system that provides 59 HP using a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase electrical supply. Submersible water pumps but also self priming additive pumps are included to control the amount of liquid and chemicals in the mixture - those components ensure that the ratio of water to cement is correct. The frame occupies a small area of ground as well as consists of heavy duty materials for use in areas where space is limited. There are high levels of output maintained by this mechanical design during industrial operations.
