The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant – Twin Shaft Mixer 75/90/120 m³/h (NE-75 STS) is a heavy-duty industrial solution engineered for continuous, high-volume concrete production in demanding infrastructure projects. The machine includes four aggregate hoppers that hold 12 m³ each and one cement bin that holds 2.5 tons - those components store materials so that the production process continues without interruption. To manage liquids, the system employs a submersible water pump plus a self priming pump for chemical additives. Power comes from an engine that produces 103.0 HP to maintain stable output and limit electricity consumption. Because the structure is strong and the measurements are precise, construction firms use this equipment for massive civil engineering projects. Under those conditions, the plant functions as a necessary tool for builders. Undergoing intensive use, the steel frame resists wear over long periods.
