Product Details
The Cement/Fly Ash Silo 120 Ton is a container that engineers build for the production of concrete and the movement of materials. Manufacturers use mild steel that meets IS 2062 SAIL/ESSAR standards to build the unit. The shell plate is 5 millimeters thick and the bottom cone plate is 6 millimeters thick so that the metal resists damage from use plus outdoor environments. It is 14.5 meters tall and 3.4 meters wide. There is enough space inside to store 100 tons of cement and fly ash. The structure stays in place because it rests on legs made from 8-inch ERW pipe - those pipes keep the unit stable and safe when it carries heavy weights at construction locations. It keeps fine powders dry so that the environment does not spoil the materials. As a result the unit provides a constant supply of materials to the batching machines. The system works with concrete plants to improve how quickly operators work - but it also reduces the amount of material that workers lose during handling.
