Product Details
Mobile Concrete Batching Plant-3 BIN has three bins to produce concrete at the locations of houses, businesses and small infrastructure. It is easy to move between sites and measures materials to produce concrete that does not vary in quality. To ensure the mixing of concrete occurs at an even rate, the plant uses a capacity of 0.5 cubic meters per batch. With a hopper system that contains three bins, the machine separates aggregates plus moves materials during the batching process. For the support of continuous production, the system includes a 1.5-ton cement bin and can store 25 cubic meters of material. By using a strong construction, the machine operates without failure when site conditions are difficult. As it uses a 59 HP power system, the plant produces 30 cubic meters of concrete every hour. On multiple job sites, the machine performs its tasks as the user expects.
