Product Details
The Mobile Concrete Batching Plant - Single Chassis Compact 20 m³/h is a small machine that moves between locations to create concrete. It works in areas where limited open ground exists. The NE-20 CP model contains two aggregate hoppers that hold 2.5 m³ each, one pan type mixer with a 0.350 m³ volume and one cement bin that holds 1.5 tons - those components work together so that the machine produces 20 m³/h of concrete. With a submersible water pump plus a self priming additive pump, the plant measures ingredients precisely and keeps the mixture the same even when weather or site variables change. It uses a motor that provides 49 HP but also connects to a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC power source. On infrastructure sites, roadwork sites and remote construction sites, the machine operates without frequent failure. Because of the single chassis layout, operators require less time to prepare the equipment for use. The frame occupies a small amount of horizontal space but functions effectively as well as resists wear over time.
