The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant - Reversible Drum Mixer 30/60 m³/h (NE-30 MD) is a machine that functions consistently to create concrete for construction projects of medium or large sizes. It contains a reversible drum mixer that holds 0.5 m³ per batch. The machine produces 30 m³ of concrete every hour and ensures the materials are distributed evenly throughout the mixture. There are four hoppers that hold 5.0 m³ of aggregate each and a bin that holds 1.5 tons of cement - those components supply materials to the mixer in a continuous and structured manner. To control liquids, the plant uses a monoblock water pump and a self priming pump for chemical additives. It operates using a 50 HP motor that requires 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-Phase AC power and uses less electricity than standard motors - this motor allows the machine to run without frequent interruptions or vibrations. The discharge point is 3 meters above the ground, which allows workers to load the concrete directly into trucks. By using materials that resist wear over long periods, the plant remains functional for many years. It allows construction workers to complete more tasks at a site while the costs to run the machine remain low.
