Product Details
The Cement/Fly Ash Silo 60 Ton is a system that stores industrial bulk materials for concrete batching plants and construction sites of a medium scale. The manufacturers build the structure from IS 2062 SAIL/ESSAR mild steel. It consists of a shell plate with a thickness of 5mm and a bottom cone plate with a thickness of 6mm to ensure the frame remains intact under heavy use. The structure reaches a height of approximately 8.0 meters plus a diameter of 3.4 meters. On the ground 8-inch ERW leg pipes support the unit so that the load remains stable - this silo prevents water and air from reaching the contents. By blocking those elements, the unit stops the cement and fly ash from becoming unusable or turning into waste. It includes external ladders for climbing, railings for safety, a manhole for maintenance but also a port for a filter connection. Operators can connect this unit to existing production lines without difficulty. There is a consistent flow of material from the storage area, which uses a small amount of floor space. To conclude the unit reduces the costs that workers incur when they move materials.
