Product Details
The Mild Steel Automatic Continuous Flow Grain Dryer dries raw wet split lentils at an industrial scale. It removes moisture fast and runs without pause, handling thirty metric tons of lentils every hour. Three phase electricity powers the unit and the full process from feed to discharge is automatic - no worker must stand at the control panel. Atomizers break the water film so that hot air strips the moisture evenly. The frame and casing consist of low carbon steel plates - a painted or polished skin protects the metal from rust but also abrasion - the structure lasts for years. A set of louvers and conveyors keeps every lentil moving at the same speed as well as exposes each kernel to the same temperature. The final moisture content stays uniform - the product remains safe in storage and meets trade standards. Large processors, co ops or exporters use this model because it works nonstop with only daily checks on bearings and belts. The design uses few moving parts - spare parts are rarely needed. Power usage stays low per ton dried next to the exhaust air leaves through dust filters that keep the plant clean.
