Product Details
The Painted Dal Dryer Machine Conical Flow Type removes moisture from wet split lentils on a commercial scale. One batch holds five tons and the plant completes one such batch each hour. A three phase power line supplies the motor. Inside the drum, lentils slide down a sloped conical path while warm air moves upward - the machine repeats this cycle without pause plus needs no operator once it starts. Mild steel plate forms the frame and a painted coat protects the surface from rust but also scratches. The steady conical motion exposes every lentil to the same temperature - the final grain keeps its original color and does not crack. Dal mills as well as large processors use the unit to prepare lentils for storage or direct sale. All valves, blowers and heaters follow a single programmed sequence - the line runs with little upkeep or few stoppages.
