Product Details
The Compact Concrete Batching Plant is a machine that uses a pan style mixer to create ready mix concrete at a rate of 20 m³ per hour. It has a volume of 0.350 m³ for each batch. There are three hoppers that hold 2.5 m³ of aggregate each and a container that holds 1.5 tons of cement. The machine measures materials accurately for use in bridges, houses plus precast concrete parts. By using a conveyor belt that is 8.0 m long, the machine moves materials into the mixer. The concrete exits the machine at a height of 3 m. To power the system, the plant uses a motor that produces 49 HP and requires a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase electrical supply. It includes a water pump that sits below the water line but also a pump for additives that primes itself - those pumps control the amount of water and chemicals added to the mixture so the concrete remains uniform. Because the frame is strong as well as the parts are close together, workers can use the plant in small areas. The design allows operators to run the plant easily and perform repairs infrequently. It functions without stopping in difficult building locations.
