The Compact concrete batching plant- 3 BIN (NE-30 CP – 3 BIN) is an exceptionally agile construction solution engineered for medium-scale urban building and infrastructure developments. The machine includes a pan mixer that holds 0.6 cubic meters or 600 liters in one batch - this mixer combines materials until they are uniform and produces 30 cubic meters of concrete every hour. There are three hoppers that each hold 5 cubic meters of aggregate materials. A bin for cement stores 1.5 tons of powder plus a tank holds 100 liters of additives - those components manage materials within a structure that occupies a small area of ground. To measure liquids with precision, a submersible pump moves water and a self priming pump moves additives. The entire system uses 54.0 horsepower from a 415-volt, 50-Hertz, 3-phase alternating current power source. By using this power, the plant works with a 1.5-meter gap between the discharge point and the ground. It fits into construction sites without difficulty but also creates a high volume of concrete relative to its dimensions.
