The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-30 Cp - 3 Bin functions as a machine that mixes concrete for building projects and public works in cities. It contains a strong pan mixer that holds 0.5 cubic meters of material in every batch - this machine produces 30 cubic meters of concrete every hour so that the mixture stays the same throughout. There are three aggregate hoppers that store 25 cubic meters of rock plus sand total. And a cement bin holds 1.5 tons of powder so that the machine operates without stopping. Submersible water and additive pumps move liquids but also chemicals into the mix with precision. The plant runs on a motor system that uses 59.0 horsepower to save energy. It works reliably on construction sites and uses a specific amount of electricity. Because of the small shape of the unit, workers can install the equipment in areas where there is little room. It is built to last a long time as well as manufacture concrete quickly.
