The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-30 CP is an industrial machine that mixes concrete for building and infrastructure projects of medium scale. It has a pan mixer that holds 0.5 cubic meters per batch. The machine produces 30 cubic meters of concrete every hour. The components include four hoppers that store 15 cubic meters of aggregate materials. There is a container that holds 1.5 tons of cement to help move materials quickly. Heavy duty pumps that operate under water control the specific amounts of liquid and chemical additives. The system uses 59.0 horsepower of electricity on a three phase alternating current. It uses energy efficiently plus discharges concrete at a height of 3 meters so that trucks can receive the load easily.
