The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-45 Cp - 3 Bin (NE-45 CP - 3 BIN) is a machine that makes concrete for builders working on roads and large buildings. It has a pan mixer made of thick metal that holds 0.75 cu.m of material in one cycle. The machine produces 45 m³ of concrete every hour and ensures the materials distribute evenly. There are three aggregate hoppers that store 25 cu.m of stone plus sand. Another bin holds 2 tons of cement so the machine can run without stopping. Submersible pumps made for heavy use move water and liquid chemicals into the mix - those pumps measure the liquids with a high degree of accuracy. The system uses 69.0 HP and runs on 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-Phase A.C. power. It remains stable during use but also releases the concrete at a height of 1.5 meters. By using a small amount of ground area, the plant allows workers to move freely on a construction site. And it maintains a high rate of production while it occupies this limited space.
