The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-45 Cp - 3 Bin (TMH) is a machine that mixes concrete for industrial use in medium projects for buildings and infrastructure. It contains a pan mixer with a volume of 0.75 cubic meters per batch, which allows the machine to produce 45 cubic meters of concrete every hour. The structure includes three storage containers for aggregate that hold 25 cubic meters in total and one container for cement that holds 2 tons to allow the process to continue without stopping. To control the amount of water and additives, the system uses submersible pumps that ensure the mixture remains the same during all production cycles. It operates using 69.0 horsepower from an electrical system of 415 volts and 50 hertz with 3-phase alternating current to use electricity efficiently. The machine has a discharge opening located 3.5 meters above the ground so that trucks can load the material directly underneath. Because of the small size of the unit, operators can use the system in areas where space is limited. In this way the machine increases the speed of the construction work and keeps the proportions of the mixture exact.
