Product Details
The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-45 CP (NE-45 CP) is a strong machine that mixes materials for construction projects and infrastructure projects. It uses a pan mixer with a 0.75 cu.m batch capacity to produce 45 m³/h of concrete with a uniform consistency. The machine includes a 2x2 hopper system that stores 20 cu.m of aggregate and a 2-ton cement bin to supply raw materials without interruption. In this system submersible pumps measure plus move water and chemical additives with accuracy. It is powered by a 69.0 HP system (415 V, 50 Hz, 3-Phase A.C.) that uses energy efficiently. There is a 3-meter discharge height which allows operators to load transit mixers without difficulty. By using a small physical footprint, this plant remains productive while fitting into restricted areas on work sites.
