Product Details
The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-45 CP is for the production of concrete in projects for houses, businesses and infrastructure. It provides measurements that are correct, functions that are steady plus concrete with properties that are the same across many uses. With a batch volume of 0.75 cubic meters, the machine mixes concrete in a way that is steady and creates a high volume of material. It is driven by a system that produces 69 horsepower or runs on a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC power source. And the machine operates with an output that reaches 45 cubic meters per hour while it uses energy in a way that is not wasteful. In the setup there are four hoppers arranged in a 2 by 2 pattern so that an operator is able to add specific quantities of aggregates and relocate materials while the system runs. Due to the fact that the plant contains a cement bin with a capacity of 2 tons and a storage area that measures 20 cubic meters, the machinery creates concrete in a continuous manner. On that account an operator does not need to replenish the supplies at frequent intervals. By placing the point where the material exits at a height of 3 meters, the plant is at a level that allows the concrete to move into transit mixers plus transport vehicles without difficulty.
