The Compact Concrete Batching Plant Ne-60 Cp - 3 Bin (TMH) is a machine that mixes concrete for large buildings and roads. It contains a strong pan mixer that holds 1.0 cubic meter of material at one time. The unit produces 60 cubic meters of concrete in one hour plus creates a mixture that is uniform throughout. There are three hoppers that hold a total of 30 cubic meters of sand and stone. To provide an even flow of materials, the system includes a container that stores 2 tons of cement. Submersible pumps for water but also additives move liquids into the mixer at exact amounts during every cycle. Power for the machine comes from motors that provide 81.0 horsepower. Because of this motor setup, the plant functions steadily and uses less electricity during work. It is small so that it fits into narrow locations. The metal parts are strong to resist wear as well as the plant connects easily to other equipment at the construction area to prevent delays.
