The Mobile Concrete Batching Plant - Single Chassis Compact 30 m³/h is a transportable machine that mixes concrete. It functions on construction sites to produce large amounts of material and requires a short duration for installation. The frame of the single chassis contains two hoppers for aggregate that hold 3 m³ each, a pan mixer with a 0.5 m³ capacity and a container for 1.5 tons of cement. By using those components, the NE-30 CP model creates 30 m³ of concrete every hour. It includes a water pump that operates while submerged plus a pump for additives that primes itself - those tools ensure that the machine measures ingredients precisely and maintains a uniform mixture when environmental factors change. With a 59 HP motor that runs on a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC power source, the plant provides consistent operation for building roads, offices or structures in distant locations. The shape of the machine uses small amounts of ground space but keeps the rate of production high. To builders who move between locations, this design is useful because it is easy to relocate and produces a large volume of concrete.
