Product Details
The Mobile Concrete Batching Plant - Single Chassis Compact 45 m³/h is a machine that moves between locations to create large amounts of concrete at a construction location while using little land area. The machine uses the NE-45 CP model design. It contains two aggregate hoppers that hold 4 m³ each, a pan type mixer with a 0.75 m³ volume and a cement bin that holds 2 tons - those components work together to produce 45 m³ of concrete every hour. With a water pump that stays under the liquid and an additive pump that starts itself, the machine manages the mixture ratios accurately. The motor provides 69 HP plus uses a 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC electricity supply so that the machine functions without stopping in difficult conditions. To help builders of roads, bridges and business buildings in distant areas, the plant moves on wheels and resists wear. Automation software controls the system so that operators produce large volumes of concrete without interruptions.
