Product Details
The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant – Pan Mixer 30 m³/h produces 30 cubic meters of material every hour. It processes 0.50 cubic meters in each individual batch. The machine contains a mixing vessel shaped like a shallow cylinder. There are four containers for aggregate that each hold 5.0 cubic meters. A storage unit for cement holds 1.5 tons of powder. The opening for the exit of material is 4 meters above the ground. A pump that removes its own air moves additives and a pump that stays under liquid moves water - those components assist when the machine measures and combines ingredients. The system draws 64 horsepower from a 415 volt electrical source with three alternating currents - this electricity keeps the machine functioning without interruption.
