The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant - Pan Mixer Ne-45 Sp produces 45 m³/h of concrete. It processes a volume of 0.75 cu.m during each mixing cycle. The machinery uses a pan style mixer to combine the ingredients. There is a container that holds 2 tons of cement. Four hoppers collect and hold the dry materials. Storage for the aggregates consists of a space that measures 40 cu.m. And the system includes mechanical pumps to move liquid additives and water. To operate the equipment, the user must provide 81 HP of power. It functions with an electrical supply of 415 V and 50 Hz on a 3-phase circuit. By using those components, the machine creates an even flow of concrete without interruptions.
