The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Special For Wind Mill 30/45/60 m³/h (NE-30 SPW) is an industrial machine that mixes materials for the construction of windmill foundations and energy infrastructure in distant locations. It includes a pan mixer that holds 0.50 cubic meters per batch. By using this mixer, the machine produces 30 cubic meters of concrete every hour with a consistent composition. The structure contains four aggregate hoppers that hold 5.0 cubic meters each and a metal bin that holds 1.5 tons of cement - those parts allow the machine to move raw materials in a continuous plus organized way. To manage liquids, a heavy duty submersible pump moves water and a self priming pump moves chemical additives. A motor that produces 64.0 horsepower provides the energy for the machine to operate without stopping during difficult work conditions. Because the manufacturer built the plant to last and to meet specific requirements of a job site, the machine makes project schedules shorter. On the construction site, the machine also causes the amount of discarded material to be smaller.
