The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Twinshaft Mixer NE-120 STS provides 120 cubic meters of material every hour with a batch capacity of 3.0 cubic meters. It uses a twinshaft SICOMA mixer and four hoppers that hold 90 cubic meters of aggregate to mix components quickly plus evenly. There are self priming additive pumps and submersible water pumps that allow the machine to measure but also distribute fluids effectively. To facilitate construction projects that require a large amount of concrete, the machine operates with high output levels. In this configuration, the equipment is functional for industrial sites. The components are durable and maintain consistent production rates. All parts are integrated to create a reliable system for heavy workloads.
